Cycle critique ...
Hey guys .... I'm thinkin of running my 4th cycle , starting October or November and I'd like some thoughts or advices for that cycle ....
My stats are : 28yo , 5'7 , currently around 172lb , unknown %BF and i've been training for the past 11 yrs.
I'm thinkin of doing test e,deca ,oxymetholon or methandrostenolone ,tren a and maybe winny if i can put it inside.During the cycle i'll be getting 50mg proviron ED and Parlodel 2.5-5mg ED to counter sides.
So I was thinkin somethin like that :
wk 1-16 Test e 500mg/wk
wk 1-4 100mg Anapolon/Oxydrol or 40mg Dbol /Naposim ED
wk 1-10 600mg Deca/wk
wk 11-16 Tren A 75mg/EOD
(and maybe during 13-16wk get around 50mg winny ED)
After the cycle i'll do a 4wk PCT with HCG and Nolva.

ps i'm doin' deca and test e for sure cause i can get them from pharmacy and they are cheaper than getting a candy ... so these are the musts I'm open to any other removes/adds

Looks to me you need to modifiy your diet if this is your 4th cycle and your only 172 and have been training 11 years...

Cus he doesnt know what hes doing, duh! Never heard of someone standing 5 7", 172lbs, training 11 years, and already 3-4 cycles. Must be 1%bf or doesnt know sh*t bout diet and training. Then again, what do i know. Haha!

Well first of all not all wonna be a pro body builder and i'm not 6+ft tall I'll be happy if after my cut diet i'll be around 182lbs for my height .
Rhino : Tren A is for 6 weeks and not 4 ... Was thinkin for 8 but cause its an EOD injectable it gets rather abit expensive
wukillabee : Training for 11 years ,havin done 3 cycles , i dont think thats very weird as the pass of time is kinda big.And if you dont know anyone that weights that much and done 3 cycles (2bulk-1cut) , well you just "met" one
Now , if anyone is happy to give some advice, i'd love to hear it

Thanks for the advice on the supplier ... I'll tell the local pharmacy to stop continuing nandrolone decanoate and test e , cause you said so Maybe i'll send an email myself to Norma Hellas and tell them to make their products better cause you said so

I wouldnt mind reaching 200 , but that would be after the cycle ... so when i'll diet to cut to become around 180-185 ... I believe my diet is very good and the calorie intake is good again.Would love to post it , but translating all that and converting units is abit of a fuss.I could easily send it to you if you understand Greek

dear alex,
i would please like to see your diet, i really would like to have you reach your goals. due to your years training, cycles, and stats (do not take offence please) it is possible that your diet coul be improved. i know a thing or 2 about steroids , so i think i cant help you make a great cycle. but lets take this ne step at a time, starting with your diet please.

Tuesday
8am multivitamin,protein shake,brown bread with peanut butter+honey
11am tuna+spaghetti
12.30 1 banana
14.00 tuna+spaghetti+cottage
16.00 protein shake
18.00 tuna+spaghetti
21.00 tuna+spaghetti
00:00 protein shake+amino
Wednesday
8:00 multivitamin+oats with milk+1 banana
9:00 1 banana
11:00 1 sandwitch with turkey+cottage
13:00 chicken+spaghetti
15:00 1 banana
17:00 chicken+spaghetti
19:00 protein shake
21:00 chicken+spaghetti
00:00 protein+amino
After 2 months of this diet , i have a cheat day (Sunday).Hope this thing kinda helped
