What are your personal secrets to help keep gains Post cycle?
Hi all please list what secrets you have found over the years help you personally keep your gains post cycle whether it be glutamine tablets or tapering at end of cycle or anything?!?

i personally smell my own farts....works best to get under a thick blanket or comforter and to eat beans and eggs a few hours befor....i actually gain more size during this period...

pulling your pork 5-6 times a day should help .just switch arms in order to not over train thats all./make the boys work.

A good way to keep gains is do a good PCT of course and more importantly actually gain muscle during the cycle by eating enough. Some people out there do good cycles, good PCTs but lose a lot if not everything because really they didn't gain any muscle because of poor diet or not training hard enough. Ya you might have gained weight from water retention and extra glycogen storing of carbs into the muscle also making you fuller/bigger looking and that extra strength you gained might have been completely androgen mediated and was the steroids androgenic effect working on androgen receptors in the CNS(central nervous system) to increase more proper muscle fiber firing and even letting you use more muscle fibers giving you more of an explosive push with your reps thus increasing strength. That scenario seems to be more common with a lot of people I know actually, especially with the guys doing there first cycles and there scrawny in the first place because they can't eat for crap and gain a little on cycle and lose it all when they come off because they really didn't gain anything.
