Hi guys.....glad to be on here.

Little background on me. I'm 6'3" and 18 weeks ago, I was 280 lbs. This, believe it or not was not an obese build. I did have a lot of extra fat, but I have a very large frame and "big boned" if you will. I would get comments at this weight asking if I played football or if I had been hitting the weights because I looked huge. This was because I carried my weight well in clothes.

I'm now at 235 lbs, 18 weeks later....feeling much better, lighter on my feet. I can now run several miles without my knees feeling like I just played a football game. I have before pics but dont have the after pics yet, because I'm not completely satisfied with where I am. I want to get leaner and increase muscle mass. My goal is to be 235 to 245 and ripped. To reach the leaness I want, I feel I'll need to drop down to 220 or so. Then I'd need to add on 20 lbs of lean mass to achieve my final goal.

Here's what I've done to achieve this and thus leads into my questions.

First and foremost, I started what I now call a lifestyle change in my eating habits. I eat 6 meals a day.....the right way, the right carbs, fats, and about 250g of protein a day ( I've done the research and know what my body can and cant handle nutrition wise through simply doing it).

I started a cycle of one 10cc bottle of Deca 400mg/cc and a 10cc bottle of Sus 250mg/cc over the course of 10 weeks. I started with a cc of Deca a week and a cc of Sus every 10 days. I gradually increased my Sus dosages to complete in 10 weeks. At week 8, I introduced EQ. I took two 10cc bottles of 200mg/cc EQ. I did this over 8 weeks, which overlapped my deca and sus by 2 weeks and lasted til week 16. I've now been off of everything for 2 weeks and I feel great. No loss in motivation, still seeing some weight loss, but no loss in strength and there doesnt appear to be any muscle loss from what I can see. I started taking over the counter Novadex 2 weeks before I was done with everything.

I didnt lose a SINGLE pound for the first 10 weeks of this, but have lost 45 lbs in the last 8 weeks. I'm trying to figure out why? I cant understand why I wasnt losing any fat while on the first 10 weeks of this cycle. I know it was working, I could see the difference and my bench went from about 275 to 375.

Also, I have 2 more bottles of Deca 400, 2 bottles of Sus 250, 300 10mg Winstrol pills, and three 20cc bottles of 100mg/cc Stanazol.

I need advice on both WHEN I can safely start on my next cycle and suggestions on what I should do with what I have. Keep in mind of my original goal.....235 to 245 and ripped. I think I have the goods to make that happen, I just need to know what to do and when to do it.
