First of all congrat's bro, top effort man, glad your hard work has been rewarded.
Iv'e got a couple of question's.
1. How did taking the clen effect your strength and LBM? did you maintain, gain or lose?
2. what did you think of the t3 combo? you say you only ran it for about a month, was it not worth price? didn't like it's side's or what?
I currently am looking to cut around 4% BF, got some clen coming, was considering t3 aswell, but concerned about losing LBM and strength.
By the way what you x mr's have too say about it? i bet she was spewing haha

1. I actually gained strength on clen until I ran t/3. I didn't really lose any strength when I was running both compounds together but when I finished my t/3 I started gaining again. Now that I'm off totally I getting huge strength gains and pumps, it feels like when I was running gear back in the day! As far as lbm I definitely added a lot since I didnt have much more than just fat before. So overall I gained a significant amount of lbm and strength.
2. As far as the t/3 clen combo goes, i definitely am impressed with the results and probably will run clen again after a few months but not t/3. I did finish my t/3 cycle but I developed melasma from the induced hyperthyroidism which sucked but other than that I really didnt see any sides besides the lack of strength gains which is to be expected. Everyone says that you should run aas to keep your mass so maybe my case is unusual but again i put on a lot of it. I'd be interested to see your before and after pics as i would like to see the progress of someone that has much less body fat than i did running the same cycle. As for the ex she put on a ton of weight lol, which is what I call her "karma". When we would argue she would call me "Fat ass" so yeah it feels good to have gotten rid of her along with all of that weight. I usually tell people I've dropped 200+ pounds as I like to include her in the ratio Here's a pic of me from this weekend and you can see that I've added some mass to my arms. Hope this helps!

cheers for the reply mate, that help's alot. As im concerned with strength, im not gonna run the t3 (never ahve and don't plan on using any AAS any time soon)
Iv'e been doing it all natural for a while. Went on a 4 month cut, dropped 20lb's. Now bulking and have put on almost 10lb's in a month (few lb's of water with increased carb intake, some fat too, hopefully a bit of muscle haha).
I have before photo's, after cut and am going too take 3 month bulk photo's.
After this i plan on cutting with clen just 2 2 week cycle's. Then see how my strength and BF% is and decide whether too keep running it for another 2 month's or not.
Ill check back in with photo's and let you know how i go.

Just wanted to share some pics I took yesterday. I tried to take the pictures in the same position for comparison purposes. I'm now at 213 since I posted a month and a half ago. I believe I added more mass though. I havent been taking anything besides multi and low carb dieting. Let me know what you think!

from here on out, its going to be hard to see results enless we can see you with you shirt off, doing some poses help too so we can see improved muscle definition. I can't really tell the difference from your last pics that why I am letting you know.
