Just finished 3 months of clen with pics!!!
I just finished 3 months of clen with great results. I was pushing 280 with god knows how much body fat. Now I'm at about 218 with a decent amount of lean mass. Check out my before and after pics and let me know what you think! Also would it be ok to start an NYC stack right after this cycle? Also I want to add relacore for stress or would that be pushing it?

Looks like you dropped alot of fat congrats must feel like you can fly now. When I was 17 I dropped from 241 to 185 in a short time and my agility was insane.

Thanks man! Actually I did take t/3 for 2 of those months My ex cheated on me 4 months ago when I was at my heaviest and we broke up after 9 years and 2 kids which ultimately motivated me to get my ass in gear. I'm also on a keto diet and workout roughly 6 days a week 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of weight training. After all of the hard work I'm definitely ready for some good looking women now that i qualify

I ran clen for roughly 3 1/2 months straight w/benny every 2nd and 3rd week. I ramped up within days to 140mcg which I stayed at for the duration. I Started t/3 about a month in and ramped up to 100mcg for about a month and a half and took another 3 weeks to ramp down.

keto diet/roughly 6 meals a day
Did a cycle of test/deca /winny @ age 19 lifted heavily for a year or so then stopped. That's when it all turned into fat. Hadn't really worked out since then up until 4 months ago.
I did take letro at the beginning of this cycle due to what i thought may have been old gyno but it didnt work.
As far as goals go, I really haven't broken it down to much. But I definitely would like to put on more size, lose more body fat, gain strength and speed. Concentrating more on cutting right now and lifting heavy.

Ok sounds like you should work the BF% to around 12 and go from there...
Get reseaching on PCT and the cycle you wanna run...
I wouldnt waste my time on supplements... Thats a waste of money better spent on food.

If this is your first cycle in ten years run a Test E beginner cycle.
Test E @250mgs 2xW for 10-12weeks. Plus a proper PCT.

Also, since you have been on a Keto diet for so long, alongside some t3 and clen .....i would definitely watch my carb intake.....slowly add carbs back in, bc your body will want to store all the carbs it can, which can bring about fat deposit really quickly...

I still keep my carb intake pretty low so i can stay in ketosis. It doesn't take much to get out of it. You think if I stay this low ill get fat deposits?

not if you are in ketosis, but i really dont like that for diet options.......Although it is great for some people, i dont think it is a very healthy way stay for very long.....maybe in on off cycles.......I think you could still do carbs in moderation and with making smart decisions....

You constantly should be tweaking your diet.....as your body changes, so do your nutritional needs......I am not saying making some drastic changes, but staying in keto all the time is no way to go through life.....experience energy, and everything it has to offer.....JMO

I actually have alot of energy while in ketosis but if its going to take a big toll on my health I will rethink my diet for sure.

Why not try cycling in some higher carb days throughout the week(2-3days)...this will help keep your metabolism very fast.........Like i said, not a huge fan of ketosis....

Can't stay with Keto if you want to build muscle and get rid of that last bit of fat......check out the diet forum......As far first cycle.....many options.....I'd say Test E/With low to mid dose of VAR towards the end is good for you.....run some A-dex with EOD if you think you have or may be gyno prone...

also try eating your meals with either PROTEIN/CARBS or PROTEIN/FATS.......try and avoid carbs/fat meals(exept maybe for cheat meals 1x every two weeks).....your body will tend to use the carbs to replenish your body, and tends to store the fat.....this also helps keep your metabolism fast...

eating carbs is fine, even when trying to cut fat......you just have to be smart about when, and what you eat your carbs with....
I would definitely suggest adding carbs to your diet, especially if you want to build......Try adding carbs in to just your first meal, and then pwo, and pwo meal.....the rest of the day, you can have protein/fat.....this will keep fat storage at a mininmum, while allowing you enough carbs to build muscle...
