    A Few Questions!!

    I have been training for about 12 months now and want to take it to the next level..

    I am 26 yrs weighing 13.5 stone..

    i have been advised to take

    1ml Deca (pink top)
    1ml Testex

    Every monday and friday for 5 weeks then 3 weeks off..

    can anyone tell me if this is good as i would like to collect as many opinions as possible..

    1-12wks test E 500mg/wk inject 250mg twice a wk
    then what about your pct?

    bf is a bit too high for a cycle.. what does your diet consist of on a single day? please provide macros breakdown and food choices, if you can... Personally, I would tackle the diet down and work on my gym routine before attempting any cycle... but that's me!

    also, a deca /test first ever cycle is not a good/wise choice...

    My diet is pretty clean!!

    Typical Day:

    Breakfast - Bowl oats + Hanful Mixed Nuts + Protein Shake
    Snack - Flapjack
    Pre Workout - Jacket + Tuna + Shake
    Post - Chicken, Veg + Brown Rice + Shake
    B4 Bed - Rivita + Cottage Cheese + Shake

    I Train 4 times per week

    Day 1 - Chest, Triceps + Abs

    Day 3 - Shoulders, Biceps, Back + Abs

    Day 4 - Legs + Abs

    Day 6 - Then back to day one if you get what i mean, 3 workouts rotated...

    you're taking too many shakes... you need to add more complex foods to replace the protein shakes... you need more chicken/fish/beef in there. Also, I think you're not eating enough... since you don't provide any macros and food choices, I can't help you any further!

    IMO, doing a cycle w/the not-so organized eating schedule you have will be a waste of time, effort, and money.

    You can go to the diet thread and check some threads on properly eating/dieting. Your workout program is K, but it could be tweaked and overhauled a bit here and there but that's not your weak point right now.

    Weeks 1-12 Test E/Cyp/or Prop (prop is to be shoot ED)
    PCT:
    1-4 Nolva/Clomid 40mg/50mg

    or
    1-6 Nolva/Clomid 20mg/25mg

    Your choice... you're lacking knowledge on AAS; worst, on PCT and properly Dieting/eating right!

    What is Deca used for and what should be used/good for?
    What is Test good for and why is it recommended for first cycles?

    and I'm trying to help you, that's why I gave you my opinion on this SINCE you were the one who asked... I hate not being helpful but when I began at this, people at first, made me do research for my own sake and benefit... Also, as they noticed that I was being responsible at doing my homework, they were more inclined/enticed to help me out... I'm trying to do the same w/you... your choice!

    It takes 4-6 weeks for thsoe compounds to fully peak why only do them for 5 weeks? Also if you dont know what pct stands for you should not cycle period.

    My main problem is i use to be a bit of i chunk 17st 28% fat... i started by simple exercise and cleaning my diet up.. its taken a lot of hard work and will power the truth is im scared to eat too much incase i bulk it all back on!

    Im not pretending to know anything about them hense the research... everyone has to start somewhere right...

    I have not even seriously considered using steiroids its just a recomendation from a friend at the gym...

    just worth a look into and if you guys thing there are better options then thats what im here for...

    sorry, I don't understand the first part... however, the bold highlight is sOo true and I congratulate you on recognizing this fact... however, you can't be afraid of eating THE RIGHT foods... when you know how to burn the fat and feed your muscles, you won't be afraid of eating RIGHT!

    If you post your complete diet/food intake, I'll help you! just create a mini database of your foods and macros (macros in, Calories -CAL-; Carbs; Proteins -Pro-; and Fats)... do that;I'll help you in any way I can!

    also, that's why I asked you to answer me the questions I asked above... obviously, you don't have a solid ground on the matter! it'll be better if you knew first what deca and test are utilized for and how to properly use them.. don't you agree?

    Is it still ok to take creatine whilst on steriods ??

    also is

    1ml Deca
    1ml Test ex

    x 2 per week a good first cycle??
