My Test Levels are IN !!!!!!

I just got back from the doctor to get the report on my bloodwork which i had him do my test levels cause i was curious. now i am 29 and havent done a cycle in over two years. He told me my test levels were perfect. I asked them where they were at and he said 200 something. I thought that sounded kinda low but he assured me that it was perfect. Could this be why i have been depressed and tired all the time lately or is he right and they are normal???? thanks

I'm sure your doctor is sane and your levels are in check. I'd say that was free test. If the range was 300-950 I wouldn't think he would go against the lab and say you were perfect. Actually most doctors (excluding specialists) don't know numbers and simply read the <> range they get from the lab.

Thats exactly right. Doctors who are not experienced with TRT will say your great if you fall within the range given on the test results.

I've had bouts with depression, thats more likely to be draining you than test levels. Maybe try some sexy strange.

tell the doc your having problems sleeping. Benedryl first, then ambien, if all else fails seroquel will knock you out big time. I've struggled with sleep myself, ALOT. You'd be amazed how not just sleeping, but sleeping deeply can boost your body. Don't know alot about apnea but I hear of folks on the mask.

Yea i actually have the cpap machine with the mask. ive gotten used to it but it still sucks. i have noticed a diff. though. but if my test levels are low even if im getting plenty of sleep im still gonna have problems associated with it which i feel im having. i just dont understand why my doc. thinks mine were normal when they clearly are very low!

If it is a regular doctor he is probably not educated in TRT. My regular doc is a decent doc but when my I took a couple of blood tests and my test levels came back in the high 200's, low 300's, he said everything looked great. When I started asking questions about his knowledge on TRT, he stated that he has one patient come in once a month for an injection but it is not his area of expertise. When he mentioned once a month, it showed me he knows nothing about TRT. I finally found a different doctor that was knowledgable and put me on a therapeautic dose once a week plus Arimidex to control estradiol levels.
