    Clen diet

    Whats a good diet for when i start taking my clen , idk my bf but i weigh 195 5,9. i just need a good diet thatll work im going grocery shopping tommarow so i need to know what foods what time how many all the goods thanks

    I think you should check out the diet forum. There should be a couple of threads about dropping pounds.
