I am originally from Oregon....now I live on a rock NW of Seattle.

they are coming out here bacause I just bought a house and my twin brother's wife just had a baby. But my dad is there. he would be suprised, last time he saw me i was 135Lbs and now I'm 205, LMAO

well, I ate and lifted a lot, its actually been less than about a year that i have been lifting, I'm in the middle of my first cycle now. I eat eat eat. I did put on some flab, but the cutting cycle after the first of the year will fix that. I moved to SC
Not a GYM for miles. I have all my own equipment

First cycle was 750MG sust. for 14 weeks with 4 weeks of winny. next cycle will be
500test enth weeks 1-15
400 EQ weeks 1-15
Prop 100MG EOD weeks 1-4
Winny 50MG/d weeks 13-17
Clomid
Armidex throughout.
Cycling didn't get me big though, I had a pretty good natural base. However, On this cycle i haven't gained crap because i got real sick with a sinus infection and bronchitis and haven't been able to train right

I lift at Powerhouse on hwy 99 (Its Vancouver Total Fitness now though) its a badass gym. Staff is real right and got brand new cardio equipment and all the weights ya need for now, DB's to 150

hey Trying that's crazy. I live in west palm beach, fl now. moved here about 8 yrs ago after graduating in '94. still have alot of friends and family back there.
