    Seeking Advice on planning my Cycle.

    Well, i'm 24, 5'9, and 165 lbs. This is only my second time taking steroids , and I had a lot of success with it last time. I took a mix of Deca , sust, and Win. What was wondering if how I should schedule this cycle? On hand right now, I have DECA (1000mg/10ML), Sust (1250/5ml), and Win (200 MG/4ml).

    I was thinking 200 MG of DECA a week, with 250 MG of sus? and I don't really know where to fit in the win? maybe use it later in the week? Does anybody have any advice or guidance for me? Thank you!

    Firstly, we're all just trying to help so please don't take offense to anything that's stated about or questioned of you. Information gathering is first phase of a Needs Assessment. Good? Good! Let's roll...

    How long have you been seriously lifting and dieting?
    I ask this because your stature suggests an under-developed foundation, especially after a complete cycle.

    What were the successes you cited last time? That is to say, what were your changes, i.e. pre-weight/post-weight, pre-bench/post-bench, bf & muscle size changes, etc. If you don't have this info, what exactly are you considering success?

    Why three compounds instead of one or two, and even though they are in fact complimentary, why these three? What are your proposed goals and how will your diet reflect them? Did you use PCT last time, if so what, how much, and for how long? Are you using it this time?

    I hope the above Q & A doesn't seem too daunting, but providing relevant output information requires relevant input data (variables).

    My first cycle was decided by a friend of mine who basically told me what to take, gave me the shots, etc. etc. So I figured I would do the same thing again. I considered it a success because I put on about 15 lbs of muscle. However, I never used any PCT…

    I heard that win causes hair loss, so i've decided not to take it at all. I've decided to do a 10 week cycle of deca and sus.. using 200 MG of Deca and 250 MG of SUS once a week.

    I’ve been reading about it on the site about PCT, and I guess if I do a 10 week cycle of DECA and SUS, I will need to start PCT 21 days after my last injection?

    your friend should have given you better advice,too many compounds in your first cycle however thats done with now.

    id go with the cycle you proposed or simply get more sust. 500mg sus 200mg deca . run it for 10-12 weeks and pct 18-21 days after last shot.

    i have to disagree for now, though the cycle helium proposed is good and he knows his shvt, THE FIRST THING IS TO EVALUATE YOUR DIET, which will determine your gains more than anything else

    write it all out for us, everything you eat today or tomorrow and how much, i bet with some tweaks to your diet you will get much better results

    I have lots of protein available to me.. consider me a newbie.. what do you think my diet should be? I was thinking just a lot of protein. eggs, chicken, protein... and some veggies on the side. Any advice?

    FOr your size I would suggest you also eat a lot of carbs. Protein in great, but you are trying to gain weight, right?? From your stats you need to eat a lot more. That is why they asked you to write what you ate yesterday and today. This way we can help you make some changes to increase your weight gain.

    do not try to cycle with what you have on hand, its not enough, will do more harm than good
