    DNP/Calories/Dosage ..

    I'd started off with
    Day 1 - 4: 300mg a day
    Day 5 - x: 400-500mg a day

    (Thinking 300mg in the AM, 1-200mg before bed)

    Now I read that DNP basically boosts your metabolic rate 150%
    So if you'd normally burn 2000 calories day to day, you'd actually burn 3100 or so

    Question is: At what dosage does that happen?
    What are the differences between sitting on 200mg/day and upping it up to 500mg/day?

    dnp is a chemical that needs to be handled with care....you need to stay 200mg for at least a week to assess how you feel....if after a week you can up to like 400mg...

    I eat whatever I want on dnp....

    You wont like it....the results arn't worth the torture....but then again...i hate being hot...

    I have run 3 cycles of dnp btw

    What do you mean do what I want? I'm asking what the difference is between what dosage you have and the calories that are burnt, it doesnt mention them in the articles.

    it varies...there is no calculation that dictates the amount of calories it will burn in your body...also depends on your own metabolism....which im guessing is shit since your choosing to use dnp ...

    Just follow the standard ramp up with dnp...you will thank yourself...200 for a week...if your ok 400 for a week....then maybe 600...

    you may have an allergic reaction to dnp at 200mg and not be able to take it at all...in fact...the more you take the more likely you WILL...also...it metabolizes very very slowly....if you take 1000mg of DNP (dont take this much) you wont feel it for 3-4 days...then...you think on day 2...."i don't feel it" and you take more....by then your fvcked and in ICU with a 107 core temperature and ice enemas....possibly in a coma...having frequent febrile seizures and cooking your organs...

    like I said....do what i say....or dont...YOUR CHOICE

    o almost forgot....you will want to evenly space your dosages....like every 12 hrs if your takeing 2 doses in a day....or every 8 hrs if your taking 3 doses in a day etc

    I'm going with Rino on this..

    YOU ARE GOING TO HATE IT.

    I tried it once and it was the most miserable experience I've ever had. Listen to him on the ramp up (etc.) My only recommendation is go slow(er) and be careful because I seriously think DNP is that bad (not to mention dangerous).

    didn't we just tell you that it has a buildup time, give it time and remember you are not talking a research chem, you are taking a poison, so don't mess with it, slow and alive beats fast and dead any day

    I am giving it plenty of time, you guys are completely missing the question.

    It states in numerous articles that when taking DNP it was common to lose 0.5lb/day
    My question is what doses would result in that, and is there a difference in going steady on 200mg compared to someone on 500mg ...

    Can you workout with this stuff? What would you recommend for the average person. Or maybe just stay away from it?

    yes, the sides at 500mg are much greater then the ones at 200mg and a lower dose you have to run for longer, but in the end they equal about the same

    you do know that your body's negative feedback loop doesn't detect DNP so their will be a rebound effect with the weight if you aren't careful

    you can workout, but basically DNP is a mitochondrial uncoupler, so it makes your body expend tons of energy to do things that normally wouldn't require much at all, think the difference between jogging on a level plane and jogging at a 60% angle

    it's a poison though so it's not something to mess with and it's much better to lose the weight with diet and cardio as that changes your body's equilibrium point whereas with DNP the equilibrium point isn't changed so your body will fight to regain equilibrium, which in this case means adding more fat
