i just ran a small cycle and after my sex drive is down and the full erection just isnt there. I was wondering after I finish my PCT of nolva should this be back to normal?

What was your cycle and what did you use for PCT?

nolvadex won't do much in the way of restoring your natural test, clomid is used for that. nolvadex acts by not allowing the bad estrogen to flow around the body as much. thus reducing estrogen. clomid eventually restores natural test. this is what you need.

depending on what your cycle involved, you may also want to include hcg (thats if you have used deca or tren , they shut you down real bad) to your pct.

even on short cycles correct pct is still essential.
