Ordering trembolone implants... now requiers signature and you have to sign a release

A friend told me that he called today to order some trembolone implants. He has ordered them before from the vet supply place. He has never had any trouble. when he called today he was told that it was a federal controled substance and he would have to sign a consent form saying what he was using it for and sign for it when he recieved it. H etold them to forget the order and he didnt order the stuff. The operator said he could fill out the form online but he would still have to sign for it. Do you think it anything to worry about? I told him I didnt think it would be any trouble and he should go a head and order the stuff... what do you all think? have you guys ran into the same problem? should he worry? he lives on a big farm out west.

Your in the clear...are they going to make you take them to the livestock and show them whre you used them on your cattle? HELL NO....

They dont have the time or resources to do that...

Besides...cattle are constantly being bought and sold...there is no way to trace the use of that stuff....
