    no not interested...

    FYI

There is no perfect routine...there are too many variables....

Body type, gaining type, diet, cardio, aas, genetics...etc are factors that everyone has that has to be considered when using AAS

My thoughts exactly, what works for me might suck for you, simple as that. Go to the gym and listen to your body, you know it better than anyone and look int he mirror to see where you need more work.

Agreed. This link will help inspire anyone looking for a 'good routine' or help them to design their own...

...Pick a routine, and then stick with it for a good 4-6 weeks to see how well it works 'for you',- it's the only way!

Also, dont make the mistake many people do, trying to jump into it to much to soon. Start basic and build on it as you gain strength and endurance otherwise you will burn yourself out. Remember, form is more important than the number of reps you can do or how much especially at first which means the first year or more.

Keeping an accurate workout log/diary is important to designing your routines as well. I used to forget what weight my second set or third set was started with, and wind up doing 12 reps with a too little weight, instead of 7 or 8 with the right wieght. Development is dependant on the knowledge of your body and it's limits, not someone elses, so listen to what you are telling yourself by your performance and you will be on your way to developing a great pesonal program IMO.
