    Question regarding off times

I have read on this forum several people say the golden rule for off time for cycles equals at least the number of weeks you were on a cycle. Was wondering some of your thoughts on time off a cycle before you start another cycle. I completed a cycle 4 weeks ago and PCT, wanting to start a different cycle. Would that be too soon? What would the harm be?? Thanks in adance

the best bet is bloodwork before cycle and after pct, but the general rule of thumb is time on + pct = time off.
if you completed pct 4 weeks ago, then you're good to go if it was a 2 week cycle and 2 week pct lol.

Thanks big LOL! Is it that your cells are downregulated, and they wont respond as well due to no recovery time?
