My cycle will be like this...

wk 1 - 4 30mg dbol ed
wk 1 - 4 100mg prop eod
wk 1 - 12 .75ml sus250 eod
wk 1 - 10 400mg deca / wk
May take slin 4weeks on 4 weeks off rpt...

I just had gyno cut out and was wondering what to do in regards to keeping estrogen low enough to get reasonable gains. I dont want to bring estrogen too low where it will hinder my results.

I have proviron which I was thinking of taking 25mg ed, and arimidex .25mg ed.
Is that too much or what are your guys thoughts on dosage???

sounds good, you could prob get away with the adex at .25mg eod but if worried better to be safe then sorry. maybe get some letro for just in case.

letro is too hard to get, I have adex and proviron . ill keep proviron for a leaning cycle in the future and see how I go with .25mg eod of adex. If any problems will increase it to ed.

Well I hope it works cause I dont want to get gyno again...

Its funny how your nipples get itchy when gyno is starting to develope, at the moment I have no feeling in my nipples, its been almost 2 weeks since I got them cut out, hope Im able to feel them again to notice any changes, and when my wife licks them...lol!

If you had gyno cut out you should really always atleast keep letro on hand even if it is hard to get. Youa re asking for problems .25mg eod is a really low dose for someone who has had problems in the past. I run letro with all 19 nors and you should too considering your past gyno.

Running .25mg arimidex ed will be safer.

yeh, cheers m8. I was using 10mg nolva ed only because my man was away who I was getting my adex from but now I've been taking the adex my gains and strength are much better
