Actually I wouldn't mind staying around the same weight or getting up to 190 lbs. I just want to shred up but not get to skinny.

How old are you Dr? How long have you been training?
If you could only run one compound in a cycle, it should be test. Every cycle should be based on test first, before considering any other compound. So, you should really go back to the drawing board, do some research on AAS use. As well, research the sides of the compounds so that you can be prepared and have ancillaries on hand in case you experience bad side effects while on cycle. And when you finish your cycle, you will need to run a course of PCT (post cycle therapy ) to help you return you body back to it's normal testosterone producing self.

sorry guys i'm new to this site...
I'm 22 years old... 5'11"... 185 lbs... 12% BF... I've been training consistently for the past 2 years... I have used Deca and Winny before on two seperate occasions. I goal is to look ripped at 190 -195 lbs. I want to stay athletic and not get to big.
What do you think about winny with primo??
I'm open to anything, let me know what you think and if I'm missing any information.

dont matter really. probably a long ester unless you dont mind ed/oed injections.. then id go with prop.

Test Prop/primo... Also how long and how many mg of each should I take for a cutting cycle?

id just go straight test mate (prop would be best) 10 weeks at 500mg and just run a cutting diet, you could prob cut down without gear at all if you wanted.

there are several "possible" sides.. most easily controlled.
as far as estrogen related sides you could run an AI during the cycle.. have nolvadex on hand incase symptoms were still to arise..

If your going prop you should shoot ed or eod at a minium ed is best.
With prop sides are usually low just have a AI on hand. and your nolvadex as mulciber said.

Running Arimidex alongside... would .5 or 1 mg/day be better and would it be safe to run throughout the entire cycle?

I think you need to do some more research first before cycling, check out the PCT forum and the steroid profiles and get a feel of how to put a cycle together and the risk's involved at your age. Use the search button and check out cycles for the first timer and related drugs your intrested in, with what your trying to achieve with your cycle i dont think you need AAS to be honest, if you plan a good diet and training programme you wont need any anabolic support and should be saved for build tissue..IMHO

At 5'11" and 185lbs with 2 years of consistant training I think something doesn't add up. get your research done on diet and training so that when the time comes to cylce you are in the habits that will best benefit you. It doesn't take that long to get these put into place while you do your research. Try these videos.
So you wanna learn how to Diet?
