    back pumps question

    do any of you guys get back pumps from test E only ???

    can test only do that , and whats the reason ? does it put strain on the kidneys ??

    Back pumps are mostly cause by water retention bro...is it the lower back??

    ya , but a litle bit , its barely noticable , but better be safe anyways. its not a pain its a very subtle very light soreness on the sides of my lower back . Its gone now .
