need help asap 2
age 24
height 6 '2
weight 180
bf% dont know
diet summary/# meals per day 4
years lifting / workout split 1 year
cycle experience none
pct/estrogen control knowledge not much
goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)
I want to gain about 20-25 pounds and be cut
help im a newb

Yeah from your last post, i can tell youre a newb...
No worries though, youre in the right place.
bf% (I need an answer. Guesstimate?!)
diet summary/# meals per day (I need to see a SUMMARY! Write out everything youve eaten today, please include how much the food weighs as well.)
years lifting / workout split (whats your split look like?)
Also if you were to post a question, that would help as well...

body fat is around 15-18 percent
diet summary - breakfast - sausage and eggs with slice of bread
snack - banana , pomegranate juice
lunch- 12 oz steak some shrimp and rice
snack- banana, orange juice
dinner- pasta, wheybolic
i drink about 72oz of water daily and also use wheybolic after my workouts and probolic at night i work out about 6 days a week
Mondays - Chest,Abs
Tuesdays-Back,Abs
Wednesdays-Triceps,Biceps
Thursday- shoulders, legs
Friday - off
Sat- Chest, Abs
Sun-Back, Abs
if that is what you mean by workout split...
my question is what cycle is best for me i want to gain 20 to 25 lbs of muscle

Do i have to eat that healthy just to start a cycle? if i want to gain mass? I dont plan on using anything for a long time just long enough to meet my goal. I dont want to become this giant monster just enough to be a little over 200 lbs and cut

and im no expert but working out your abs 4 days straight probably isnt helping, they need a rest too.
maybe try something like this
monday- chest, abs
tuesday-legs, quads and hams
wednesday-biceps triceps
thursday-shoulders and calves
friday- back and forearms
and give yourself saturday and sunday to rest.
thats just my opinion anyway

Overtraning. You workout chest and back sat. sun. then chest back. mon, tues. and shoulder and legs in same day is very hard. I just have a day just for quads.
do something like this
mon: chest,tricep
tues: legs
wedff
Thurs: shoulders
Fri: back, bicep
Sat: off
Sun: off
add abs where ever. sometin like dat and swich up here and there.

I like
Bi's and Chest
Tris & Back
Traps & shoulders
Legs
abs & extra cardio (i do cardio 4x a week besides this day.)
It works for me...
