I don't want run a cutting cycle. I don't want to do alot of trial and error, thats why i asked the question hoping for a good place to start. Pct? Most likely unless someone like marcus3000 comes in and says something like 5mg of dbol ed will do what you are looking for but i don't think thats gonna happen.
I am just asking questions right now. I just seems to my that if i can make good gains a dose, say 60mg, then why would 20 mg be good for anti-catabolism? I don't really know but i bet there is someone out there who has trialed and erroed this and has a good idea as to a starting point. Im just talking guys.

Mild cut with just a little help to keep some muscle, nothing drastic.

So just to burn a little fat and maintain muscle. Like i said var 60mg.
You keeping muscle or not depends on or diet and kcal intake. You can run a gram of test and tren and still loss muscle.

No it ant just based on Kcal. Its complex and includes protein, carb , fat intake percentages, combined with training and cardio.
There is know set numbers like your looking for. Some people can get a way with doing a miled cycle when cutting and not loss much muscle. others will need to run a larger does. Your genetics and metabolism are huge factors in this.
It takes years to find out what works best for you. I have run shit loads of cycle and tried just about every compound there is. In the last 1.5 year i have just really found what works best for me. I also have been tweeking my diet for years. After getting a little help form others i have finely got it were i would like.
