First Cycle, Need help.
Sorry guys im new here and I try to read up as much as possible but what do you all reccomend for a first cycle?
Gereral Info:
5' 11"
155 lbs
8% BF
BP1RM-245
Squat 1RM-350 (Bad Genetics)
I also need guidance on PCT I want to do this right, I also have Liv 5.4 that I will be taking for clensing. Any reccomendations on how I should take this on the cycle?
Cliffs:
What Should I do before cycle?
What should I do while on cycle?
How should my PCT look?
I just want to run a simple cycle nothing hardcore, but something that will show results with proper training, nutrition and rest.

I recomend you eat more at 5'11 and only 155lbs you have no business cycling.

so even though his diet is obviously sub-par, you recommend a cycle, where he may gain a bit, which he will not retain because his diet is obviously sub-par. bad advice, the diet must be corrected first if he is to meet his goals long term. I hope you don't intend to make a habit of giving bad advice or I will simply edit your posts.

Yeah dude, you've got alot of easy gains to be had naturaly at that height and weight I'd say. 6 months consistant progressive training and a diet to suit your goals will see a massive change in you. Get on a good protein whey drink and somethin' like NO-Shotgun.
If your insistant on cycling then the norm is 500mg ed of Test Enth for about 10 weeks with 4 weeks of PCT 2 weeks after your last shot.

Guys I do believe that my diet is actually good, I just dont add alot of weight in my legs and its all in my upper body. Ill post some pics soon, my stats make me sound like a small guy, but im really not.
