Exclamation Having problems running on current cycle!

I've got a question about Sustanon 250 and Deca cycle. Currently I'm on the third week of an 8 week cycle. I have to run a lot in my profession and need to keep my run time down (fast). Since I've been on, run times have gotten super slow and I can't do anything about it. My job wants to give my yearly evaluation within the next couple of weeks. Any advice? I am thinking about stopping it all right now but don't know the affects it will have.

What exactly is the problem? You shoudn't be running out of breath quicker, in fact I would think you would have more endurance... I personally have problems with cardio due to insane calf pumps when on tho.

yup same here. its hard enough for me to do regular jogging cardio when im on cycle. and wind sprints just kill me. you feel completely out of breath the whole time.

its probably due to your heart naturally working, so much harder. due to your higher blood pressure. and when you try to do cardio on top of that, your heart has a hard time keeping up. thats all i can think of.

Have you gained any significant amount of weight (muscle and non) while on cycle? That could effect your times a bit if your body has gotten heavier along with what the other posters have said.

I run about 9 miles a week at 3 miles a time. Used to be a 7:30 min mile and now I'm around 9:00. No joke, it's crazy. My legs and back feel completely pumped right off the bat. I need a quick fix, what should I do? I've gained about 8 pounds so far weighing 191.

Maybe try pyrmiding up to three miles and go from there. Other than that your only choice is to stop the cycle. Good luck bro

so does air when you breathe in

you shouldn't give advice from what you've "heard", clen wouldn't help him as it would increase his heartrate and lead to a greater need for oxygen compared to his normal to sustain the same pace, i.e. he would tire quicker

clen does help some people who have asthma as it's a bronchial dilator but he hasn't mentioned asthma

Endurance is tricky while on cycle...In my football playing days I never wanted to be on anything during the season as there is just too much speed work and endurance required to make it through workouts.

It might seem like a waste, but you should abort if you still have gear you can save and then run it at a time where the running won't interfere, especially if your job is at risk.

Trying hard to fathom what kind of a profession requires running, yet your mile time is nowhere near "elite" and your size is fairly large for a runner.

Care to share what you do without going into too much detail? Armed forces?

Get your blood pressure checked. At least rule that out first.

i had the prob massive shin and calf pumps while on cycle, taurine helps a bit a took 2g before running helped a bit, um im guessing you already have proper running shoes.

Also a thing which helped me was smashing calfs at the gym mid weight but as fast and as many as i could, then reset and go again, 3 times total, then onto heavy weights max 8 reps. Did three sets of both, i think it helped, just push through the pain.

Also im not sure how people will react, but before a time trial i experimented by poping a couple of strong pain killers (pandien forte) and when i used them i cut my time by almost a minute.

litltan01, sounds like your in the military, right?

Anyway, I had this same prob while on cycle (when I was in). If you're up for your yearly PT, just push through it, and run your butt off.

ummm.........quit loading syringes, and sticking them in your body. then do whatever you normally would for PCT.

yer man 7.30 mins per mile is sloooow! saying that i get mental shin splints on test/dbol that pretty much stop me running + the added weight. if your 'job' is in jeopardy then i would quit the cycle!

theres no reason you cant just stop everything. as long as you have your PCT planned. its no different than finishing up a regular cycle.

when you start again, is completely up to you. you want to quit for your run times to increase. so once you arent worried about your running times anymore. then start again. and if run times, are always going to be something that concerns you. maybe steroids arent for you. or maybe you should try other compounds, like primo and winny.
