I've been lifting on and off for a while, looking to start using

I'm about 6'1 250 right now... I am doing this primarily to become a better football player, I want to get stronger and faster as well as shed a good amount of bodyfat

Ive done research, and I think I'm going to start using Deca .... Ive read that testorsterone is a must while using deca, so I think I'm going to use that too...

I need advice on everything from what is the best kind of testosterone to use, to how much to use ect.
