Yep, i shoot sust 1 or 2 times wk depending on the volume i'm using.

if one is going to shoot ed or eod no need for it too be sust at all.

i have run sist everyway possable and have seen no extra benifits in shooting it ed or eod .

prop is what you should use ed-eod.

120mgs oof prop you will get per week if you shoot eod thats too little to see any benifits of the short esters and too much of the long esters.

x2 per week for sust is fine.

When I shot eod my levels were alot more stable and thus sides alot less. You can shot 2x a week if you like but be prepared to deal with sides.

You can get by with 2 per wk,,,,In my early yrs I made fine gains with SUST injected 1x per wk.

Im not a sus guru like yourself but have ran it for many years in the early 90's
and when shot once or twice a week I had insane acne breakouts on back and face,when shot eod I never had this problem.
