50mgs a day if your taking injectable but you'll need more of each to do the same thing if you go oral

yeah im not going to cycle right away giving it a month to see what i lose. if i think its going great from just my diet and excersise i wont even cycle , but if i decide to thats wht im going to take

im heading your advice bro alot of people tell me i should be under 14 percent so as of right now if im not that in a month i wont take im very patient i mean it took 29 years just to take my first cycle. im not saying im taking regardless i just like to get all points of view know what i mean so i can get a basis on who to listen to and who not to

imo oral primo isnt worth doing.. have to take way more than the desired dose to be effective ..not absorbed well by the body and it can get mighty expensive.. better options out there
