Cutting after Bulking?
I just finished a 9 week bulking system and I didn't have to much cardio or a good diet in it. I gained a stomach and lost my abs im around 19-21% BF now. If I run a cutting cycle will it help me lose my stomach?

But If I ran a cutting cycle while doing that would it help me lose fat?

diet is key brutha.. if you had that in check to begin with sounds like you wouldnt be in this situation.. id get my diet in check,hit the cardio and go from there

sure it would like maybe 10 - 20 % more loss... or faster... but this game is a game if getting it right, see what you dont want to do it rip all that weight off and loose what muscle you have, and spend lots of money doing it.
just eat "right" for your goals and you will look amazing then gear up if you need to...
but here it the thing - lets say you loose 20 lbs with a good diet, get all ripped and look great it cost you food, now you know how to eat and will never have to work to loose weight or get that drastic of a shock to your body again cause you will know how to eat and what to eat when - and most importainly - why to do it!!!!
or just go spend money to get some thing that will help you loose weight and get cut - diet for a little while and in 18 months look back and have to do it over and over again.
that is why people jump in to this world (body building) and get them selves looking great, then disappear for the next 5 years wake up and be disugeusted with how they look - because they learnt (bad gramer but it fits) nodda!!!
diet ... diet ... diet ... - and you will have fun with it!!! really it will be almost like you cycleing when you get you diet cleaned up and you body acting correctly from it... you'll grow like you all juiced up. i am totally serious!!!
then after you get diet right (or better yet as your getting diet right) research or post you works outs here an let us help...

19-21% man thats high. shouldnt let yourself go over 12%. parke5 - spot on.
