    Upcoming Cycle

    Hey everybody,

    After putting it off for a while due to many reasons, I'm finally making the final steps to starting my first cycle.

    I am about 260 pounds and around 15%BF. I've been lifting for about five years strong, my diet which I started a few months ago is as follows:

    Meal 1: 10 egg whites
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 Banana
    10g Glutamine, 5g BCAA

    Meal 2: 2 Scoops 100% Whey w/skim milk
    1oz of Almonds

    Meal 3: 8oz steak or ground beef
    8oz Yams or 1 cup rice

    Meal 4: Post workout
    2 Scoops 100% Whey
    1 Carb drink
    10g glutamine, 5g BCAA, 10g creatine

    Meal 5: Same as meal #3

    Meal 6: 8 oz chicken
    1 cup green veggies

    Meal 7: Before Bed
    2 scoops 100% Whey w/ water
    10g Glutamine, 5g BCAA

    Training Split:

    Monday: Chest and Bi's
    Tuesday: Quads and Calves
    Wednesday: Shoulders and Tri's
    Thursday: Back
    Friday: Hams and Calves
    Sat: OFF
    Sun: OFF

    Being that this is my first cycle, I plan on running Test C only, for about 10-12 weeks, starting off at 400mg a week. I won't be starting until March so that'll give me a month to get things finalized and to take into consideration any advice that you guys are willing to give me. The only thing I'm still not quite sure about is my PCT. Would Nolva be enough for my first cycle? Or should I do clomid after my cycle as well?

    All comments and advice are welcome and greatly appreciated.

    You will be happy with Test E or Test C. Depending on the vials/amps you get if they are 200mg/ml then do 400 but I'd try and get 250mg/ml and run the dose @ 500mg/week for 12 weeks.

    PCT run this:
    Clomid 50/50/50/50
    Nolva 20/20/20/20

    why would the concentration matter?! that's what a syringe is for.

    1.) how tall are you? 260... @ 15% BF... you must be pretty tall. or else something isn't right here.

    2.) replace whey protein shake with casein protein shake or cottage cheese for slow-release protein source prior to bed

    3.) is this a cutting cycle or a bulking cycle?

    4.) Use Clomid & Nolvadex for PCT. It's the most fundamental part of a cycle. Might as well do it right.

    i'm 5'9, and yes I have casein protein to use as well

    At what point should I begin the nolva and clomid? I think clomid is week after end of cycle...right?

    Well if you're doing Test - C I think you start PCT after 3 weeks actually. It has one of longest half lives I think it's 14 days.

    (sorry for the late response)

    OK, I found a pic of me from last July.
    Here I was 22%-24% BF, I'm now down to about 18%...still tryin to get to the 15% though!
    Don't make fun of my spare tire in this pic!

    I will get another pic up right before I start my cycle!

    what everyone has said is pretty spot on... seeing as your a pretty solid guy i would run test c at 500mg/wk for 12 weeks and as honda said PCT should be clomid 50/50/50/50, nolva 20/20/20/20 thats 50 mgs clomid a day every day for 4 weeks and same for nolva at 20mg a day

    My post workout will be a recovery drink, i.e a 2:1:1 ratio drink.
    Before bed will be a casein protein shake..don't know why I said 100% WHEY

    Sorry to hijack but im about to start a cycle with test e, is the clomid and nolva only taken for the first 4 weeks ? i have got both ready but im now unsure when to use them during my cycle.
