Oral Winstrol
Hello,
Im new to this forum so thank you for this opportunity to be part of this. I have a few questions and looking for some help. I have 16 50mg winni tabs and iccccm thinking of the most useful way to use these since its all i have. i was thinking about doing:
2tabs per week for 8weeks
or
breaking those two tabs in half and doing 4/25mg 4 days a week
or any other suggestions.

Ya bro to see something with it you would have to do 50mg ED for six weeks. you DEFINITELY dont have enough.. plus what are your stats

23 years old 185lbs probably about 30%bf. but its evenly spread if that makes sense, im not overweight.
my past training is this: i played college baseball for 3 years i just finished a year and a half ago. i tore my rotator cuff. " so thats the training i have been doing until now when im ready to be solid and lean. so i had these 16tabs and i dont want to waste them. so will i not see any gains or noticed change at all??

oh and this is pretty the first thing i have used other the some over counter test boosters
no it wasn't anything like that they were given to me

and also would it be a much better if i had enough for 4-50mg/week for 6 or 8 weeks?

ok first of all oral only cycle not a good idea
second you would take it everyday
third 8 weeks too long its toxic to your liver
if you were to do 8 weeks which you shouldnt you would need 112 tabs doing 50 mg a day for 8 weeks, you have 16 you didnt think this through did you?

If im reading this right he got the tabs for free from someone. Im going to save you from wasting your money and potentially hurting your self from lack of AAS knowledge bro. At 30% BF the best thing you can do for your self is to get your diet in check and start hitting the cardio everyday. You will see the fat fly off of you if you stick to it.

ok no i didnt think it out very much. BUT i just dont want to waste it i know 8 weeks is a lil to long so i was thinking more around 6 weeks but im just trying to get a lil jump start you know and a few poelpe i know who are into this very much say that it wont do much but its a lil push is i just slip it up for 6 weeks.. and yes i did get these for free. thanks for the help thus far!

IMO you need to get you bf down under 12% before you get on winstrol to see desired results. Plus you shouldnt run it by its self.

you dont have anywhere near enough for a cycle. second oral only cycles are a horrible idea. third, you are not ready for a cycle.

lol thanks mr comedian what i mean is i deff do not look overweight but thats why i said in my forst post if it makes "sense" dont guess u read that part anyway thanks for your reply. as there is always one person who would like to be funny. on the other hand i just wanted true replys not looking for jokes but its always fun.

I was not trying to be comical I was just stating that no matter how you are dispersing the fat if it's at 30% you ARE overweight.
Now, you can get all the Winstrol in the world and it is not going to change your look one bit. If you had been reading, (as you accuse me to have not done) what most everyone is telling you your problem that you dont have enough is secondary to it being a terrible compound to run by itself as well as one that would not be beneficial for what you are trying to accomplish.

Winstrol is normally something bodybuiders use in the final weeks of contest prep. It allows them to achieve a "harder" "grainier" look without water retention. You have to be very lean to see the difference as excess body fat will hide any of the effects. It is not good for gaining muscle and despite what many seem to think it is not what would be considered a "fat burner". Fat is removed with solid diet and cardio doing 95% of the work.

Diet and cardio my friend. Winstrol will do nothing for you right now, even if you did have enough of it.

Man what're you talking about?! You've gotten TONS of answers.
1.) You're too large.
2.) Winstrol should not be cycled by itself.
3.) You have enough Winstrol for 2 weeks.
4.) It's going to make NO difference...

Ok I have a cycle for you bro, Monday run 2 miles not matter how long it takes you, Tues, stair stepper for at least 30 mins, Wed, bike ride for 60 mins, Thrus take a day off, Fri, walk and run for a total of 4 miles, (walk one light pole run the next), Sat, take the day off, Sun, bike ride one hours...the next part of you cycle is eat six miles a day or more small meals with 70% protein, 20% complex carbs and 10% healthy fats..continue ths cycle untill you have to buy all new clothes. the next part of your cycle is to read 30 mins a day on this forum about steroids , cycles, and pct's. good luck

ha no im actually not. i have been so used to a baseball type workout that im lost without a sports trainer. its diffrent not being in the gym with the team and everyone doing the same crap so i guess i gotta learn diffrent style of working out lol

Last answer, we have broken it down for you cardio and diet, I even gave you a workout to follow...there is not magic pill out there if there was this world would not be fat.....Stay away from steroids all together right now or you are going to hurt yourself.....your bloodpresser has to be through the roof at 30% and your cholesterol is prob...fn high as well...

actually my blood pressure and cholesterol are perfect i just had test done. im very active and i dont eat to many bad foods. i may be way incorrect about m BF i was just guessing on the high side im telling you im not overweight or at least i dont look it lol. and im not trying to be redundant so i appreciate your help

Bodyfat is evenly spread throughout the body, thats why when guys cut up you can see it in their face or fat bitches have big fatceps and round heads. You dont look 30% to mean, more like 15% probably. Regardless man, rotator cuff tear or not you need to get back in the gym and speaking of the rotator cuff tear i cannot think of anything worse on the joints and tendons besides winstrol . You need more winstrol to use, the best thing you could do with that little amount is 28 day run ED 25mg.
