I wanted to pose some personal exp. ?'s on SERMs and AI

I am aware of the difference in function and mechanics between SERMs and AI's. This was designed to poll together many peoples methods on one thread. I was going to post in the PCT section but because this is related to compounds taken DURING cycle i thought this would be a more appropriate area.


The question takes place in multiple parts (obviously if one of the 3 parts does not apply to your own personal experience then there is no need to answer. For instance, if youve NEVER used AI/SERM during cycle you would only answer for part 3)

1.) Who here uses AI during cycle?
a)For those who have, did it hinder your gains? If so, how much (projected of course. no way to know exactly).
b) What is your preferred dosage?


2.) Ive read of some people using a SERM during cycle to control estrogen instead of an AI. What is your prefered method of estrogen control (if any)? Please state why.
a) do you feel running a SERM for estrogen control, during cycle, hindered your gains? By how much (estimate)?
b) prefered dosage?


3.) Of those who choose to run NO estrogen control on cycle (SERM/AI), have you experienced gyno/gyno-like symptoms?
a) if so, after supressing/removing your gyno problems/symptoms, did you use an AI in cycles after that experience?
b) Besides gyno, did you prefer your experience with AAS with or without an AI? Why?



I have an idea of what to expect in the way of responses (esp. on dosage and perferred anti-estrogen methods) but who knows. i may get shocked.

My first cycle was test prop. About 5 weeks into cycle, I found out that I was gyno prone, and started to use a-dex @1mg ed then dropped down to .25mg ed when the syptoms stoped. I usually use tren and prop and always use .25mg eod of letro to control sides.

I guess I can't compare the gains since I've had to use AI's during every cycle, but still gain well.

for instance...your last cycle of prop and tren , what were your gains? For conversations sake.
