    little info please

    i am 22 6'2 feet tll and weight about 185.. not sure on the bf though its about 20 i think...

    ****first i have spring break coming up march 9 and going to florida so i think that rules out doing a 12 week cylce with test e and d-bol... is there anything that i can take for the next 6 weeks before spring break that will help me gain lean muscle and slim some body fat off? i want to try to look ripped and loose the body fat in the the 6 weeks i have before florida

    **** next once i come back from florida and will have the time and commitment to do my real cylce what do you guys recommend... this will be my second cycle ever and have been lifting for about 3-4 years. i was thinking doing test e for 12 weeks and d-bol for the weeks 1-5. however i heard dbp; has alot of side effects so should i use it or not? what would i gain by using it? or should i just forget about dbol ?


    **** or should i just use test 3 with winni?


    my goals are tp bulk up alot but also to cut down body fat

    Here come the spring breakers...

    1st off diet will get you cut and ripped b4 spring break, not AAS.

    Secondly, the test E cycle with the dbol to kickstart is a good begginer cycle (which you should even be thinking about with your stats).

    Lastly, you need to adjust your diet and not only start eating.....but start eating clean.

    Can you map out what you eat on a daily basis?

    i think the motto of this forum should be "STEROIDS DONT PERFORM ****ING MIRACLES". Listen dude...had you thought about this 6 months ago you really could have been set up nicely with a good diet. Now...youre effed. You dont inject some compounds, pop some pills, and you wake up as a ripped giant of a man. \

    The important thing is that youre here. You should head out over to the diet forum and state your case. Those guys will set you up with something thatll work out great. AAS is not for you, at this time.

    Start training now for next years spring break. That would be more realistic. You have a lot of weight to gain. I wish I had some of your height.

    i had been hurt and couldnt lift for a bit i already know this spring break is outta the question.... i was just curious is there was something that would make me lean out more in the next 6 weeks before spring break. i am not actually going to start my test cycle until i get back and can really focus on it.... also i was wondering with my test e cycle for 12 weeks will the dbol be a smmart addition? what are the pros and cons of adding that? or what would be another option instead of dbol?

    Clen will lean you out swiftly.

    Dbol is a smart addition. I really like dbol. It is a good way to get the weight gain moving while the injectables are building up their levels. Itll be accompanied with water weight (not alot...in my exp.) that will disappear after you discontinue the dbol. It will also get your strength gains moving more rapidly. Another option would be a50 (anadrol , drol, a bombs..whatever you wanna call it) but make sure you are not running these compounds for longer than 5 weeks. You can run orals like winny and var at the end of the cycle for a more cutting type scenario but i assume ur looking to bulk.

    yea i really want to bulk... then do another cycle after this to cut. or could i add winnie to this at the end to cut? so i could do test e for week1-12 and dbol week1-4 and then winnie week 8-12 and then do my pct? is that possible to use dbol at the begging to bulk then winnie at the end to cut?

    You can. However its a question of liver toxicity. You dont want to run too many 17aa compounds in a cycle and one is generally the accepted number. HOWEVER. If i was going to do what your doing (and i wouldnt)..id run the dbol 1-5wk. and run the winny 9-14wk. The ester for the test will hold out that long and the half life of oral compounds is very small. but...i simply wouldnt do that. id go with either one of the other. the winny will not somehow instantly lower your body fat percentages and make you ripped. it doesnt work that way. best used with an already low body fat percentage. Also..dbol aromatizes very readily and test does as well... ur looking at alittle bit of water retention. This is not condusive to a cutting cycle so i will recommend that you dont run the winny at all at this point.
