    D-bol update

    hi, of those that can remember i was going to do a dbol only cycle,
    well its been 2 weeks since i started taking 30mg ED.

    ive put on 8 pounds and mantained 20% BF, i know its too high and more risk of
    gyno etc, but ive been taking nolva Eod and ive had no probs at all.

    my arms have grown an inch and half, my chest and back went up 3 inches and my thighs went up 2 and a half inches.

    my bench has gone up 10 kgs for 10 reps and i was able to leg press 950 pound
    for 10 reps from 800 ,thats 150 pound increase in 2 weeks!!


    now ive been told by you guys not to cycle dbol alone and i can understand
    why, but i need some sound advice to be able to keep as much of it as poss.

    ill be doing 3 weeks nolva 20mg ED as soon as ive finished my 7th week, ill throw in some trib and tougkat ali too, but is there anything else apart from still bustin my balls in the gym and eating right ,that can help me keep most of it?

    your arms grew an inch in a half in 2 weeks? id say you need a more acurate measuring system. 30mgs of d-bol is a low dose

    dude its all wrong..... bf% is way too high ... its jst make u look bloated/fat. as for the oral only..... ive done it without being a member on here, i gained kept good 6-7lbs from it but give it uto 6months and ur relise why u cant do it.... the sides will effect you later on.

    You asked us previously about a dbol only cycle, where we told you that you shouldnt do it.

    You did it anyways, effectively ignoring that advice.

    Now you want our advice on how to keep your gains?

    Who's to say youll listen now?

    Wanna keep that weight? Tie 1 lb water ballons around your arms, chest, and legs and wear long sleeve shirts the rest of your life.

    Gimme a break! 1 1/2 inches in 2 weeks on 30mg Dbol only. And he's only put on 8 lbs. Not a chance.

    Consider what muscle weighs, how on Earth would your measurements have all gone up that much, yet you only gained 8lbs and maintained the same bf%? Sorry, but there is something very wrong here.

    Bif man you are leading with the chin on this one. if I were you I would bow out on the bs and settle down for some real input. Obviuosly your outlandish claims bring out the asshole in guys like MMArmour. They are not going to give you advise, they are going to pick apart your bs instead.     damn, the last 20 lbs i gained my arms only went up like 1/2 inch. Now I know I should do way more dbol in low doses! Thanks!

    can you imagine the stretch marks? hahaha
