    Question HELP! Newbie in need...

    I'm a 26yo 240LB, 6'4" guy who has had little experience with gear...I have messed with it with friends, but nothing that can be considered a cycle. I have been reading like crazy on these threads and I am lost. I want to get stronger and more muscular for MMA. I want to know (in laymans terms), what to get and how and when to use it. I don;t understand the cycle layout on the threads so I need someone to hold my hand lol. Also I have problems with hair loss, so maybe some guidence here as well. thanks people..

    Read the stickies at the top of the different forums. That would be a great start, if you are having trouble understanding those you probably wont fare much better understanding the advice you get on here. Read, read, read, and then read some more.

    Question NEW-B Needs Help...I'm lost

    Stats: Age 26 Weight 240 Height 6-4 Bodyfat-Alot

    I have messed with gear off and on but never correctly because I never understood all the BS instructions...I really need an experienced person to help me through my first correct cycle. I am ready to get what I need but I need to know what all I need and when/amount to take all in laymans terms. Thank you very much...

    well we need to know your bf% first. cause if its over 15% then you should not cycle. if your 15 and under you will get alot more results. so go get it messured or post a picture of yourself.

    Angry Ok...

    I want a good test with maybe D-bol. What anti estrogens should I use and how do I link all these together, what am I missing...I am just lost...so many options lol

    first off you need to read around and expand your knowledge about the drugs your wanting to shoot into your body. once you learned enough you can come back and post up a cycle and we will critique it
