thanks alot ,maybe 7-8 months is not a sufficients amount of time , to let my hair thicken back up. ah well ill be started a cycle in a week , ill buzz it down and use dutast and niz .

i think the best way while on cycle is to keep the hair very short almost skin head while using nizoral and fina, your hair will get thicker plus the shortness of the hair will keep it intact
