    What are the best compounds for ligament and tendon strength?

    I was wondering what you guys find to be the best compounds for ligament and tendon strength? I have seen talk about IGF and EQ

    I was under the impression GH was the only thing that could strengthen ligaments?

    I'm not sure about it. I would like to leave the GH until i get alittle older if I could.

    ive read some stuff on deca with information on that aswell. nothing solid tho.

    most AAS weaken tendon's and ligament's, deca relieves joins, think this is mostly due to fluid being stored in them

    Deca is popular for joint relief
    HGH can help, but you need to be on it for EVER it seems

    Growth Hormone would be the best compound for tendon and ligament strength, in epithelial and connective tissues GH stimulates stem cell division and along with its added benefit of accelerated protein metabolism, all other compounds just aid in joint lubrication. Muscle and cartilage are very sensitive to GH so be careful.
