blood work for cholesterol, hdl.... and total

Got my blood work back for cholestorol

Hdl is 1.7, ldl is 3.3 and the total would be 5
this converts to: hdl : 66, ldl: 128, total: 194

    2 years ago, i was at hdl 50, ldl 100, tot 150

    and 5 years ago had 40 / 199 / 239 ... ye ai was a fatty

my ratios seem pretty reasonable, should i be concerned of a 44 point jump? Could also your meals the night before influence the numbers? I had couscous with coconut flakes (high in sat fat) and seared tuna (negligable), the night before indian curry made with coconut milk (yea a kind of indian/thai/morrocan weekend)

ANother question is, say a person had levels such as 200hdl, 100ldl, tot 300 ... would that be problematic? I doubt its possible, but curious to say the least

I would advise you to get a full WBC and RBC. These imo are what really matter. I get my bloods done regular and lipids are always ok wether i'm on cruise or blast, same with liver and kidney function.
My GP's main worry is the side effect that steroids have on thickening the blood. My WBC is very high even when on cruise and i was sent to see a haemotoligst, apart from the fact that this has caused lymphocytosis i also stand a 30% chance of a stroke or heart attack in the next 5 yrs.

i have been off for a very long time, and am not worried about WBC or or RBC, more so that my diet which i strive for perfection (aside from the dam cheat meals) reflects in my blood work. Regarless i have improved over the years, completely dropping processed foods and i thought it would be possible to go from 50 h/100 l /150 t to 75 h/75 l/150 t

My WBC is low or little under limits all time. But my RBC high normal or slightly above and hematocrite is 6wks after my cycle 54% and this cycle (just test prop).

My last numbers are HDL 54mg/dl LDL 118mg/dl and total 172mg/dl but night before test I had 300g pork steak and nice portion of high fat cheese with french fries and high fat sauce... I know ist awful but time to time I cheat (once in week). And I think this move my LDL up a little

if u want to make use of your bloodwork or u plan to a cycle sometime soon or in future, know your test and estrogen levels, other u will bump into serious consequent. Thats significance of bloodwork tests
