    steroid virgin

    hi,i'm having trouble putting muscle on my legs,especially my calves. i'm about to try steroids for the first time and i'm wondering which are the best to use,should i inject or take orally and how much and how often should i take them?

    There is alot more to it then just picking injectable or oral. Be sure you know everything about the compounds you are using as you are risking serious health problems not knowing what you are doing.

    how much and how often are you training calves?

    i see people at the gym who feel they are lacking in an area, and then try to train them more.... which in turn, they endup OVER training them. which can be just as bad as not training them.....

    do you do high rep? heavy weight? what exercises? how many sets?

    thanks for all the replies,in response to some of them i train my legs every third day with a routine i got from a personal trainer,i'm on a diet of 5 meals a day that i got from a nutritionist that works in my gym.the diet is of five equal meals,. i do 8 sets of 15 calf raises,around 160 lbs, squats at around 180lbs and various other excercises. i weigh 172lbs,i'm 5"11

    OK first of all, you could be doing a LOT more for your legs if you want to add mass.

    second, 5 meals is great, but 5'11" and only 172 is not great for considering steroid use

    post up exactly what those 5 meals are and let the pros here help you with that

    well for breakfast and for an evening snack i have,1 cup oatmeal,1 piece of fruit,cup of milk,15 cashews and 30g protein,for 2 lunches i have 100g chicken,50g cheese,tortilla wrap,and piece of fruit and 30 peanuts and then for dinner i have 140g of meat and some veg

    so maybe if you can tell me if i can improve on my diet and weight training and would you recommend steroids and if so which ones

    yea, we can improve on your diet and training. check into the diet forum and see what you come up with

    any PCT knowledge?



    if you are trying to put on mass, you need to eat more solid foods more often between 2-3 hours

    your protein should mostly come from whole solid proteins like steak, fish, chicken, tuna

    nuts should be used in addition to solid proteins not a replacement for them

    OK, well, there is a forum here just for PCT as it is the most important part of any steroid cycle. You want to have a good understanding of the compounds used in PCT and have them on hand before ever starting with steroids

    Keep in mind, that steroids can't spot increase your muscles, so you need to learn to train your legs to get them to respond

    A basic first cycle consist of a single ester testosterone like Test E or Test Cyp which needs to be injected twice a week, usually for 10-12 weeks followed by your PCT which will take about 4-8 weeks

    believe it or not , i've been here for years, but due to technical difficulties I had to open a new account and lose my start date, and all my post count... I was Sman12b before
