new to steriods. please help.
male
5'7
172 pounds
bf 17%
20 years old
This is my 1st cycle. i have been taking steriods for 5 week.(winny oral + clen ).
50mg of winny on every other day. Before i start my cycle i was 163 pounds. but after the 5th week of my cycle, i gain 9 pounds.
i lift 4 days per week on mon,tue,thur and fri. i do slow jog straight after lifting for 30min-40min or cycle for 30min-40min at heart rate of 140 follow by 50g for protein powder after my workout
Been eating clean and trying to focus on high protein diet as i eat outside and it hard for me to cook my own meals.
but my problem is that i aim to get a shredded and lean look, with more cutting and lose body fats. but instead of losing weight. im actually gain 9 pounds over 5 weeks.
im wondering is that normal to gain weight on a cutting cycle. is there anitin i need to do? im still new, so i hope you guys can advice me.

Winny needs to be injected atleast once daily and if it was the oral form then atleast twice-three times daily. What is your planed pct?

Post your diet, thats where everyone else is going to want to start. if you are eating out you are eating shi***. Post a normal days diet

my pct will be 3 weeks of clomid after my 10 week cycle for stan.
my diet.
morning.
oat meal w/o milk.
2 egg white.
2 loaf of whole meal bread.
noon
small amount of rice with lean chicken breast meat .
evening
small amount of rice with lean chciken breast meat.

Your diet is horrible. You should be eating a minimum of 5 meals a day. High protein source with every meal and complex carbs morning and PWO. Especially if you are trying to cut you will never ever get there eating like that. Do a lot of research on the diet forum here and get your diet where it needs to be.

if that what you eat thats not even 100g of protein. You should have at least 1.5g protein per pound of Bodyweight. if you are 172lb thats 258g of protein a day.

but even when i eat so little. im not losing weight.
could it be possible that clen has no effects on me?
should i try t3? what are the pros and cons?

Your not losing weight because your body is storing everything as fat. You have slowed down your metabolism to the point that every time it gets food it wants to hold on to it.

The cylce could be better. But its your diet that is killing you. You can take the strongest steroids and not see a bit of improvment if your not eating right. Seriously. Steroids are not miracle drugs. lots of research and hard work and dieting should come first 2-4 years before the use of AAS should be thought about. Fix your diet, bust your buns in the gym and keep the cardio high and you will loose weight. there are great cutting diets posted in the diet section here.

i follow a diet with this as a guide line.
Meal 1:
Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax
Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition
Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Meal 6:
Shake with Flax

too many shakes. Every snack or meal should have a food protein source, tuna,fish, chicken,etc. You also need a PreWorkout shake. 20-40g whey protein half hour prior to the gym.

stano 100mg on every other day for 10 weeks
clen 40-120mg 3 week on 1 week off cycle.
3 week of clomid after the 10th week of my stano cycle

clen is good.. imo your bf% is a little high for winny. you probably won't see much from the winny with your stats. just clen or maybe a thermo from a vitamin store. that with diet and good cardio / lifting should do what you want. be sure to get a good source of protien before bed... tuna, cottage cheese, or casien protien to last till the morning.

im just wondering how is clen compare to t3 in performance of weight losing.
as i had taken clen and i find that it does not has much effects on mi.
