    starting first cycle?

    hey im new, and i want to start my first cycle, wondering if you guys can give me any ideas on which is the best one to use. I don't like needles, so please only give me oral pill suggestions. im 22, 5'9, 120, idk my body fat but its little to none. Thanks for your advice!

    me too, though if he's 120kg with a low bf then i'd be impressed, and suspicious

    damn thats what my chick weighs....

    i think a good bulking diet will serve you best man and some hard work in the gym for a couple of years.

    what is your lifting experience?

    Let me be one of the first of many to say your diet is the problem. List it in detail and you will get help.

    damn thats the advise i can take...tnks. now if someone can simply tell me a pill to take like i asked, i would appreciate it.

    Oral steroids will do very little especially with a poor diet. If I were you I would start eating almost every thing I could see especially red meat.

    If it was as simple as taking a pill to get huge, do you think any of us would go through all the crap we do like

    strict diets DAILY
    cardio DAILY
    Heavy weight training DAILY
    INJECTing DAILY
    PCT
    Reading and learning DAILY

    Its NOT SIMPLE, it takes dedication and HARD work DAILY
