So I have been reading about steroids for a while now. Side effects, profiles, different stacks and I'm not sure what direction to go in. I'm not looking to gain a ton of weight right off the bat. I'm looking to go through the experience and makeup my mind from a few cycles. I have been working out steady for 4 years now and am somewhat happy with my gains. This last year they were somewhat minimal.
About myself:
I'm 29. 5'10'' 190 with a bodyfat of 18%.I'd consider myself a hardgainer. By the time I decide to go on a cycle I'd want to get that down to about 14% though. I workout with a 4 day split. Hit every muscle once a week. 3 exercises for smaller groups and 4-5 for bigger muscle groups. Stick to a 4-8 rep scheme and 3-4 sets per exercise. I don't know how relevant that is now because I would change it for my cycle.
I was thinking of taking this.
Test E 250/mg twice a week. Monday and Thursday afternoons.(10 weeks)
Equipoise 200-300 mg(10 weeks)
PCT
Last week of cycle I'd start HCG 250-500 iu everyday for 2-3 weeks
Nolvadex 20 mg/day for 6-10 weeks
I'm not sure about my intake levels or when to take them...As far as how many times a week. I've been reading a lot of different things and I'd prefer to take a smaller amount over a longer period then taking a ton and getting it over quickly if possible.
Overall The elements I have I think are good? but dosing is a question...any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to anyone that comments good or bad.
