    Ideas for a cycle

    Hey guys,

    Looking at a first cycle and I wanted to get your opinions on a few things.

    Let's start with stats:

    25, 88 kilos, 6 feet tall, 15% body fat

    History of pattern baldness (both sides) and heart disease on my mothers side.

    My fitness goals are speed, strength and athletic performance. I am into Muay Thai and MMA. Looking good also matters.

    Here is what I am thinking in terms of an 8 week cycle:

    Anavar 50mgs/day
    Clenbuterol 20 mgs/day
    Winstrol 50mgs/day

    Arimidex 1mg/day
    Nolvadex 20mgs/day

    Everyday taking milk thistle, flax seed, fish oils and ***** 3's.

    Safety is of primary concern to me and cost does not matter.

    clen and winny arent best choices for fighters. Just do Var only at 60mgs ED for 8-10 weeks. I think you'll like the results. I would recommend you try to get your bf down to 12% or lower first to get better results. trust me. Btw, that's really high bf for a fighter.

    Also, 20mgs of clen is a guaranteed stroke. 20mcgs of clen won't do shit.

    Dont need test.

    But anavar and winny together is a waste IMO.

    Just run the anavar which CAN BE ran as a standalone cycle. 40-80mgs per day (depcited on side effects)

    Thanks for the feedback so far.

    So step up the var to 60 and look at a ten week cycle, got it.

    Diet is an average of 2,500 calories a day, try to always get at least .75g of protein per pound. Lots of green leafy stuff, fiber, and low carbs (I still do eat pasta, bread and rice, just smaller quantities). This is all spread across 4 main meals.

    With regard to the cycle, because of several factors, my window of opportunity is really ten weeks max, so I would like to get the most out of it.

    What else would you suggest stacking with the Var?

    that's an understatement.

    head to the diet section and research a proper cutting diet and follow it to the t..otherwise, ur wasting ur time and money. believe me. a solid diet plan is what u need to stack with the var.
