cut bodyfat and bulk?
hiya, i'm a little confused at the moment and just wondering if someone could clear this up for me, i've been training for about 8 months and i've put on quite a bit of muscle but i still have chest fat and stomach fat and i'd really like to lose this and cut up for summer, but i still want to train and keep putting on muscle whilst doing this,
the problem i'm having is that half the people i ask are telling me it is impossible to keep putting on muscle and reduce bodyfat at the same time and the other half tell me if i incorporate a 1 hour moderate rate cardio sessions 3-4 times a week with a 2000 a day clean diet i will lose it and keep putting on muscle.
will a sted cycle help me do this? i've been considering using a winstrol cycle for 6 weeks whilst i cut up so i don't lose my hard earned muscle, obviously i'm pretty new to this so any help will be appreciated my stats are below: thanks again.

86 kgs (190 pounds)
i'm not to sure what my bodyfat percentage is but i seems prone to put on fat like a women i.e chest fat, stomach and hips and i really need to lose fat in these areas.

my diet at the moment is:
wake up: 2 weetabix with skimmed milk and protein shake (45g protein)
10.30: peice of white fish or chicken and wholewheat pasta or rice with veg
13.30: same as above or sometimes just a protein shake (45g protein)
dinner: same as 10.30 but a larger meal generally lean mean and veg
post gym: protein shake (45 g protein)
drink loads of water throughout the day.
it might be worth adding that i'm a bricklayer by trade so my job is pretty active i'm basically doing a low rate of cardio for 8 hours solid throughout the day.

of course you can add lean muscle and burn fat at the same time. look at every nfl linebacker. your diet will be the deciding factor here so make sure its perfect. you'll also need to do 45min-1hour of cardio 4 days a week.

yeah i thought so but on other websites people tell me it's impossible as the only way you can lose fat is to burn more calories than you consume, so if i'm burning more calories than i'm consuming how is it possible to then also build muscle at the same time as the only way muscles can grow is if i'm consuming large amounts of calories (3000 a day mininum) making it impossible to lose body AND build build muscle.
i'm really confused about this! would a trenbolone 6 week course help me with this?

there is numerous changes that could be made to improve that diet. i would just use the cutting diet sticky in the diet forum.

watch the videos.... use the endomorphic version of the diet... worked great for me... lost 8 inches off my waist....
6'1 and 180lbs???? your need to eat bro... youve got room to grow.. n more muscle means faster metabolism (70 cal per day per lb of muscle)...

hey man im on the same boat as you. my body type sucks,... i get them love handles, like a womens waist, titty fat, a gut,.... but virtually no fat anywhere else on my body. winstrol is freakin awsome.... a few years ago i did 20 shots of winstrol-v in 20 days. and cardio/diet was my main focus - i did also try to get alot of protein and moderate lifting.... to my surprise i lost about 15 pounds, had a mans body, and my muscles were a bit bigger where as i thought theyd stay the same at best. now im on winstrol depot years later cuz i ****ed up my body again thru years of gummi bears and couching. but if ya do it injectable has a better reputation than oral winny as far as effectiveness and liver toxicity - peace

my liver do u mind letting me know what u did for a workout during those 20days of wintrol-v the injectables. Cause im thinking of doing the exact same thing. My boy can get it so i just wanna plan out my routine and workout plan and diet before i do it you know? If u would let me know wat u did for cario during the 3weeks and ur workout plan. Thanks bro.

i remember running about 6 times a week. i was obsessive about it. about 30-35 minute runs ranging in speeds from 4.5-6.5 mph (treadmill) - thats all for cardio. for diet i did try to get exactly 1 gram of protein for every pound i weighed - meanwhile keeping my calories/fat/carbs exactly in line with the 2000calorie diet recomendations (100% on nutrition facts) its very hard to get enough protein while not exceeding anything else. i tried to stay a bit under the 2000calorie diet limits, but either way i wouldnt let myself pass them,.. add a couple of shots of winstrol -v and i burned fat (rapidly) and gained a tidbit of muscle as the same time - lifting was only moderate too. wasnt my main focus. probably lifted 4-5 days a week. not too strenuously. hope it works for you man, i have the hardest time losing fat so it should work for most

yeah man no doubt. i run everyday i workout which is about 4-5 days a week. but i only do 20-30 minutes i'm deff. gonna up this by about doubt the time of Cardio. Mind me asking how much u payed for a cycle of Winstrol cause my boy is talking around 200-300$. But i do Cardio a lot harder running always above 6.5 to 9.0 for the complete 10-30 minutes. My diet isn't like yours though i just stay away from the bad foods and only eat 2-3x everyday so im deffenetly gonna get onto a new plan. im gonna download the diet tonight
