muscle cramp maybe?
the past 3 morning ive woke up and had an extremely sharp pain in my leg. the location of the pain is the inside and the front of my upper leg. its so bad that i can barely move it nor go back to sleep. it goes away through out but at about 4am i get up with it again. all 3 times i have gotten a hot shower and the pain has faded.
i am currently on test e 600mg week and tren 100mg eod. today is the beginning of week 6 and this is about the time the test should be kicking in.
my stepdad said its my diet and im not getting enought fat
i also started taking green magnitude the day before it started happening.
what do u guys think?

more potassium, less sodium, more water.. and just for shits and giggles, add a good multivitamin

i dont eat salt on anything. i know there is sodium in foods tho. i only eat eggs oats tuna broccoli and chicken. occasionaly some rice or a steak. and whey protein..
i was wondering if it had anything to do with the green magnitude as it started the morning after my first scoop. also i took some lipo6 and i read that ur not suspose to take green magnitube with yohimbe or sumn in lipo6.
would this cause this?

well i ended up on the gym floor today after squatting. trainer said he thinks it the joints in my knee so i scheduled a doctors appt.
jigga do you know what in it that would cause a leg problem
