Yes it will take muscle with it too. Clen should help some as its anti catabolic

I wouldn't suggest running t3 without gear, you will end up loosing too much muscle

t3 isn't catabolic... in fact, it increases protein synthesis.
Small amounts (12.5mcg) would be beneficial in bulking cycles.

^^^ as nark said - t3 - like anything that increases bmr, increases protein synthesis It,however, isnt muscle sparing via its method of accomplishing the bmr increase like clen . Adequate calories need to be ingested while taking t3 - or muscle can be lost.... (but isnt that true in almost every situation anyway?)

theres no good evidence showing clen to be anti-catabolic.

So I take it I should do 3 weeks t3 and 3 weeks clen ?

Why are you wanting to run clen during a bulk cycle?? Get that diet in focus.
T3 is understandable and used during bulks for the reason Nark pointed out
