athlete needs some advices for 1st cycle please

hi guys,
Im 29 years olds,playing basketball overseas,ve been lifting weights for 12 years,Im not playing for this season,and would like to come out with a new body for next season,gain some more strenght,more quikness and jump.
Im 6'8 240pounds,bench max 260 pounds and squat max 280pounds,I have a good diet ,with proteins shakers,creatin and bcaa,lift weight 3 times a week and play ball twice a week actually
I was asking to try for my 1st cycle sustanon ,250mg a week for 8 weeks,and I dont know what to add with,Im thinking about winstrol oral(but I heard winstrol is bad for joints) or anavar ,because I only want to gain lean muscle,I dont want to get too heavy for basketball,I dont want to loose my quikness and jump.
Whats ur guys thinking about that and could u guys give some good advices,it will be great and I ll realy apreciate it

For your first cycle stick with one compound.
You should research test e or test c

why ,is sustanon too much?and should I add to it winstrol oral or anavar ,to get cut and lean for basketball,because I heard winstrol helps for track and field athletes for quikness

sust is just the "hip" test. it is a waste IMHO

sust is just TEST with 4 different esters releasing test into your system at 4 different times, WHO NEEDS THAT? and it needs injected EOD

a single ester like Enanthate or Cypionate , is ONE ester and only needs shot every 3.5 days

Much easier to deal with One ester than 4 when wanting to keep blood levels stable

I heard too that at the end of the cycle,you loose most of ur gain with testo,is it true?and should I take pct aftr the cycle?

PCT = POST cycle therapy , meaning it IS what you take after the cycle

losing or keeping gains is dependent on your diet, training and PCT after the cycle, NOT the compound ( well except for dbol , which is all water weight gain)

The Ester has NOTHING to do with the steroids effectiveness, it is just what holds the steroid in suspension and determines release time into the body,

TEST is TEST no difference except the esters and timing

Yes, PCT should be ran for four weeks 14-18 days after last shot (for Test C) Stick with one compound for first cylce. plus, I wouldn't recommend Winstrol because its hell on the joints.

ok...

you do not lose most of your gains post cycle when using test if you run proper pct and diet and training are in check.. but thats the case with anything not just test.

when to start pct is determined by what your running.. the longest ester..
say if your running enanthate its 14 days..
cyp 18 days
sustanon 3 weeks..

now if your running winny at the end you can run it 2 weeks past enanthate.. then jump right on pct..

for example..

enanthate 1-12
winny 9-14

Prop is good, but you are looking at ED shots, EOD minimum and can be a painful shot

ester is NOT a cycle

Ester is the word for the type of compound you are using.

Test Enanthate (enanthate is the ester)
Test Cypionate (cypionate is the ester)
Test Prop (prop is the ester)
