Im 29 years olds,playing basketball overseas,ve been lifting weights for 12 years,Im not playing for this season,and would like to come out with a new body for next season,gain some more strenght,more quikness and jump.
Im 6'8 240pounds,bench max 260 pounds and squat max 280pounds,I have a good diet ,with proteins shakers,creatin and bcaa,lift weight 3 times a week and play ball twice a week actually
I was asking to try for my 1st cycle sustanon ,250mg a week for 8 weeks,and I dont know what to add with,Im thinking about winstrol oral(but I heard winstrol is bad for joints) or anavar ,because I only want to gain lean muscle,I dont want to get too heavy for basketball,I dont want to loose my quikness and jump.
Whats ur guys thinking about that and could u guys give some good advices,it will be great and I ll realy apreciate it
