looks ok, but with MANY cycles under your belt, I would think you a lot bigger than only 215 at 5' 11"....whats your diet like?
How old are you?
What is your PCT for this cycle?

I started at around 150 in college and I also like to stay lean. I am 30 and PCT is HRT or well test cyp ever 10 days. Was on adrogel along time ago but its much cheaper this way.
diet well it depends on the time of year (lean or not) but I keep it clean until I try to bulk a little.
I have ran tren and prop every summer for the past few years but normally I do a bulker in oct and lean up in march but this year i traveled to much so off to a late start. I have just never went back to back like that so wanted to make sure other though it was ok? I just plan on watching my BP and getting some blood work done at the end

I started dinabol cycle beginners from my trainer,
20 mg a day week 1
25mg a day week 2
30mg a day week 3
35mg a day week 4
35 mg a day week 5
30 mg a day week 6
pct novaldex.iam in my week 5 and my sexual desire is down by 50 percent and sometimes i feel my penis size is a bit shrunk mate, i used to masturbate every other day and when i get a hard on is allright but most of the time is like low.i spoke abt it to my trainer he said penis size cant be reduced,he gave a tribulus to enhance my testoreone. do u think i will be normal after my week 6..i am a bit worried. This is my first time on pills.

How much time do you take off in between cycles? I guessing it's different than me because you just cruise with hrt.

I strongly advise you not to do a bulk to cut. I have done it and it did not turn out well at all. you will lose most of your muscle you gained in your bulk. You need to keep your cals high for about two months after your bulking cycle to make sure you keep your muscle going into your cutter. If your already on hrt then I would do this. finish your bulker and continue on a cruise of 150-200mg test for 8 wks then go into your cutting cycle.

Running into same problem myself. On hrt and finishing a 6 week tren bulker. Trying to figure out how long my body will need to adjust to the new muscle mass before cutting. Would really suck to lose the new muscle because i cut too quick. But i am at 14.5% bf now and don't want to go through summer with that high bf.
Think i am going to take mxe3's advice and take a month with maintenance calories, then two weeks with a slight caloric deficit and then start cutting.
Anybody else have experience with this?
