my diet macros are as follows

approximately 420 grams protein, 300grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 4000 calories

i am 5'10 185lbs and a natural ectomorph. i never did cardio in any past cycles, because i had the old school bulking mentality, and was obsessed with gaining weight since i was always a skinny kid. well that mentality has changed, and ive been doing about 30 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for the last 3 days. i just wanna know how much cardio is too much or if i should do any at all during my bulking cycle given that i am a natural ectomorph. my bf should be about 20% now. when i was younger it was naturally around 8 - 10%. any advice would be appreciated!
