lost 70lbs in high school just to be healthy and be better quicker player u wanna see th pic give me ur e-mail i was thinkin of some sust and primo with d-bol have done 1 cycle about a year ago and lost all my size here is my eating plan and supp list that i am about to start in a week
Bulking
I need help with my diet but this is how it looks for my offseason bulking.
6:30-6 egg whites, protein shake (30 g protein, low carb)w/ tablespoon of flax-oil/vanilla and equal,3/4 cup of oatmeal/pear/banana
7:35-first training session
8:50-postworkout meal-2.5 grams creatine/5 g glutamine/20 oz. apple juice,met-rx big 100 bar(27g protein, 19g sugar)
10:40-chicken mixed with brown rice,grapes
12:40-GNC weight gainer or protein shake
1:40-can of tuna or tuna sandwich with 4 slices of whole weat bread
2:20-2nd training session
3:30-2.5 grams of creatine/5 grams glutamine/protein shake/fruit
5:30-steak or chicken breast or cheeseburger(very lean beef)
8:00-protein shake
10:00-tuna
10:30-before bed ZMA
7. Supplements
A. Meso- Tech
B. Multi mineral pack
C. Creatine Monohydrate
D. Hydra fuel
E. Met-Rx Big 100 Bars
F. Glutamine
G. Z-mass

YOU should gain good with just your diet cause thats lot of food but good food
if you do the sustanon dont over do it like lots of young people do
you dont need over one cc or amp a week
and get proviron for anti estrogene
i would do some deca with it bout 100 mg's a week
so you wont be so sore lol
i would run them bout 16 weeks
even the proviron one tab a day
but i would run the proviron bout 2 weeks longer than the deca and sus
get some clomid to take at the end of your cycle and grow just dont do too much a little does great and does not have the sides high doses have

YOU SET YOUR WEIGHTS UP YOU WANT TO DO 3 TO 4 SETS OF EACH THING YOU A DOING AND AS MUCH WEIGHT AS YOU CAN DO ONLY FOR BETWEEN 6 TO 8 TIME EACH SET IF YOU CAN DO MORE THAN 8 TIMES THEN ADD MORE WEIGHT
BUT ALSO WITH GOOD FORM
I TRY TO MAX OUT SEE WHAT IS THE MOST I CAN LIFT IN THAT EXERSISE THE I DROP 20% TO 25% OF OF THAT
EXAMPLE IF I MAX 400LBS ON BENCH
THEN I WORK OUT WITH 300 LBS TO 320 LBS
SAME WITH CURLS OR LATS OR SHRUGS
YOU GET THE POINT
YOU HAVE TO STRESS YOUR MUSCLES IN ORDER FOR THEM TO GROW
NOW YOU HAVE 2 SETS OF MUSCLE TISUE
FAST TWITCH AND SLOW TWITCH
WHAT I JUST TOLD YOU TO DO WAS FOR SLOW TWITCH
FOR BUILDING
NOW AFTER YOU GET THE SIZE YOU WANT TO BE YOU HAVE GOT TO WORK YOUR FAST TWITCH MUSCLES SO YOU CAN KEEP YOU GAINS AND YOU STILL GOT TO EAT GOOD
NOW HOW YOU WORK YOUR FAST TWITCH MUSCLES IS TO MAX OUT THEN CUT WEIGHT IN HALF AND DO AS MANY AS YOU CAN

question here b4 i hit the cycles easy like u said i am not puttin my gear & supps in 3 pahses i was told max ur body on supps to cant go anymore than juice.
this is how it works is
1.first months lift on ur basic supss as i have listed
2.few months later hit up mad andro with the basic supps pn here body ripped to pints were it can t go no more.
3. juice and it will break the points that ur body couldnt do natural for total blow out
how u thi nk this philoshphy is.............
but what my question is what andro supps should i take or what supps should i take 4 my second stage.........

BENCH PRESS BOTH INCLINE AND DECLINE
AND FLY'S AND CABLE
ALL OF THESE YOU DO IF YOU CAN DO OVER 6 OR 8 THEN ADD WEIGHT
DO ALL THESE FOR 3 OR 5 SETS
THEN REST A DAY THEN TRAIN SOMETHING ELSE
TRAIN YOUR BACK AND DELTS ON YOUR OFF DAY FROM YOUR CHEST
