The first time I injected in my arm, A few days later its swollen, red, and really sore. This usually happens to my glutes but I'm not used to it in my arm.

What can I do to bring the swelling down? I'm taking Celebrex and Aleve but it doesn't seem like its working.

    Thanks.

If this usually happens then the gear you get is very poor or you're injection protocol is poor.

First of all WHAT atre you injecting??..whre in the arm did you inject?? and swelling can be cause by the the actual compound or the BA aswell as solvents...Hot compresses will help as well as Hot showers on the area.

What if the area is already hot ( which is likely) wouldn't cold compress be the thing to use and not heat?
