Cycle Critique
First of all, here's my stats:
6' 0"
196 lbs
13% bf
23 years old
Cycle:
Deca 400 mg a week (200 mg every 3.5 days) Weeks 1-10
Omnadren 500 mg a week (250 mg every 3.5 days) Weeks 1-12
Dbol 40mg a day Weeks 1-5
L-dex .25 mg every day during cycle
PCT:
Clomid
Nolvadex
Maybe HCG (if I don't run it during cycle)
Diet:
At least 400 grams of protien a day between chicken breasts, protien shakes, ect.
plenty of whole grains wheats
roughly 3000-3500 calories a day
meals divided up into about 5-6 portions a day (the best I can do, I am extremely busy at work)
Workout:
4-5 days a week for an 1 hr to 1 1/2 hr per session, not including 1 day of cardio for 30-40 min
Any feedback would be much appreciated. I have had my gear on hand for about 2 months. I have been trying to learn all I can before I start (been reading these forums diligently every night for about a year)
Questions:
1. I have HCG on order, and have been reading alot about running it through a cycle. I like the idea of not loosing testicular function and size. Will it hurt if I started my HCG 2 weeks or so into the cycle, and discontinued used 1 week after last injection.
2. Will I have any sort of sexual disfuntion during the cycle, AKA deca dick?

well, have you done cycles before?
your test blend should be shot EOD not twice a week
there are several ways you can run HCG , so I would go to the PCT section and look it up a bit and see what you want to do

also, how many shakes are you using in your diet?
lay out a typical days meals if you want some diet tweeking

Cycle history is a 6 week cycle on orals (anavar ) about a year ago. I got decent gains that I kept for the most part but I want to step it up and do it right this time(I wasn't very knowledgeable on the topic back when I did my first cycle). I've been training on a regular basis for about 3 years.

test only would be fine.. can get away with twice a week with the omnas but would be better off with a single ester imo

As for the diet question, it probably could use some improvement, but here it goes
Meal 1: 5 eggs (cooked), Peanut butter sandwhich (whole grain bread, 1 slice)
Meal 2: Protein Shake 42g
Meal 3: Two grilled skinless Chicken breasts, protien shake also 42 g
Meal 4:Protein Shake 42g
Meal 5:grilled skinless chicken breast between 2 slices of whole grain wheat bread
Meal 6: Post workout meal, another 42 g protien shake and a grilled skinless chicken breastLast edited by SilveradoSS; 03-02-2009 at 12:30 AM.

NO, i am not saying to run 750 mgs/week. 500 is plenty, don't be afraid of doing math.....lol
doesn't matter that they are in amps. take two syringes, and load them from one amp. half an amp in each syringe. recap the syringe and store it as you would your gear
Diet
Too many shakes in there for any real growth. they digest too fast and are not as bioavalable as REAL WHOLE food.
where are your good carbs in meal 2,3,4 and 6???
only carbs I see are from 3 slices of bread
I would suggest getting into the Diet section here and look at some good diets
